BOOKING
Your credit card details will confirm your booking. Credit card details to include: name of credit card type; credit card holder; credit card number; expiry date; last three digits on the back of the credit card.
Cancellation policy: If for any reason, you need to cancel your booking, the appropriate policy will be applied for fees due:
- Cancellation within14 days of the start of the booking: 100 % of full cost of stay
- Cancellation between D15 and D21 before the start of the stay: 75% of full cost of stay
- Cancellation between D22 and D28 before the start of the stay: 50% of full cost of stay
Cancellation fees will be debited from your credit card.
TRIPLE OCCUPANCY/ CHILDREN POLICY
Children over the age of 12 are considered as adults. Triple occupancy (3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children) is only possible in the Rhodes Suite, and a 50% reduced fare of the room rate will be applied for additional guest staying in the room.
TAXES
The room price includes 14% VAT and 1% Tourism levy. Villa Montebello reserves the right to amend the rates in case of tax changes by the South African Government,
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Check in time is after 2:00 p.m. and check out by 11:00 a.m. Early arrivals and late departures can be arranged on request and whenever possible.
